Bundles Legacy.

Bundle stands for the notion that is going for recharge when User places the order. Currently we account for 2 bundles: 1 for Breakfasts and 1 for Entrees. That means that no matter how many Breakfast meals and Entree meals User has purchased from the implementation perspective we consider all of them as the items within any of the two existed bundles.
