This collection contains the list of Entree items (both from the core menu and those tagged for rotation/including Entrees form all the diets) and is created for the purpose of pulling specific Entree items when forming Upcoming delivery selection instead of the Customer. Items would be pulled in the order they are displayed on the list within this collection (so that item that is on the top of the list would be pulled first if the diet it refers to corresponds and exclusions are filtered out).
